I have been living in Phoenix for several years, and one thing that has been hard to find is a company that employs good carpet cleaners. Usually when carpet cleaners come to my Phoenix house, they take a couple of hours for the job, but always either miss a room, or do not spend much time getting out deep stains. This is a problem because I am usually spending hundreds of dollars for these people to come out and do a good job of cleaning.
The other day, my Phoenix landlord told me about the service that they use, and they use deep cleaning to attack tough food and pet stains. While you have to wait a little bit longer to reenter your home than with others, he said that they do an excellent job and that you will not have to call them again for at least a year. Given how much less thorough other carpet cleaners are and how much they have unfairly charged me in the past, this seems like a reasonable option to consider.
I am mostly concerned about finding good carpet cleaners because I have a dog that frequently makes pet stains. I do not want my dog’s actions to negatively affect me and my ability to get my security deposit back, so I am very interested in finding a company that can make sure these stains will come out of my floors. When I have my own house someday, I will probably not keep a dog. This experience has taught me that they are very messy and are a bigger responsibility than they seem like, but for the time being I would like to not be penalized for my pet’s habits. I hope the companies in Phoenix can help my situation.
